The idea in the minds of it's founders was alive long before. Everthing began with Brandon McBryde and his Father securing our spot on the University of Arkansas Campus, and along with the other 16 original founders, and much preparation, the Boneyard came to life on that September Saturday in 2012 on the day of a 49-24 beating against Jacksonville State and former Arkansas coach Jack Crowe. It wa
s a hot and humid day, with the remains of hurricane Isaac threatining tent #9, but the rain held off and the party raged on. The Boneyard Shared it's debut with new Arkansas Razorback head coach John L. Smith. 2012 marked a heisman campaign for Tyler Wilson and Knile Davis and the last ride for 23 seniors. There were monumental games, and the LSU Tigers got their first Fayetteville experience. Much more will be added to our story through the years. We have stuck our flags in the ground, and we don't intend to ever give up our spot. In a College football world where all the names change every 4-5 years, administrators, coaches, players and students come and go, and teams go through highs and lows, WE WILL BE HERE. In Northwest Arkansas, where the population continues to grow, and nothing seems to stay the same, Saturdays in the Fall, WE WILL BE HERE. As we go our seperate ways, spread out for jobs and raise families of our own, still, WE WILL BE HERE. If you follow us into the future, most things will change, and we won't all stay in God's Country (NWA) but 1 thing is for sure: On Fall Saturdays for years to come, you can find us at THE BONEYARD.
