Meet Tim!
Tim is a strength and conditioning instructor with a background in military leadership, tactical performance, and functional fitness. As a former Infantry Staff Sergeant, he brings discipline, attention to detail, and a focused but approachable style to every class he coaches. His own training includes strength work, Olympic lifting, rucking, sprinting, endurance, mobility, and functional conditioning.
Tim enjoys helping people build strength, confidence, and consistency both inside and outside the gym. His classes are designed for all ages and fitness levels, with clear coaching, scalable workouts, and safe progressions that help members keep improving at their own pace. You’ll often find him training at TRC, and he’s always happy to answer questions, offer guidance, or help members feel more comfortable and confident in their training.
