Parents Night Out is back next Friday! Drop the kids off from 6–9 PM and let us handle the fun while you take a few hours for yourself.

Adaptive Climb Night is an evening dedicated to connection, encouragement, and challenging expectations. Adaptive climbers take on the wall alongside an incredible community of volunteers who help make each climb possible.

Whether you’re ready to climb, volunteer, or cheer someone on, there’s a place for you here.

With 15 years of teaching experience, Blair brings a unique blend of Pilates, yoga, strength training, and functional movement to every class. Her fitness journey has taken her from cycling and marathon training to weightlifting, climbing, and competitive bodybuilding, giving her a deep appreciation for what the body is capable of.

For Blair, teaching is all about the breakthrough moment when you realize you’re stronger than you thought you were. Her classes combine challenging movement, athleticism, and plenty of energy to help you build strength, crush goals, and leave feeling unstoppable.

Through competitive climbing, kids learn the value of hard work, discipline, teamwork, resilience, and supporting the people around them. Along the way, they’ll build friendships, overcome challenges, and discover just how strong they can be.
