Class schedule for this week! We have PlayGroup and Mom’s Night Out at Dirtbag Ales Brewery and Taproom!

For unlimited monthly pass members, (monthly cost is $59.00) not only do you get unlimited visits to any of our classes, playgroups, mom’s night out and community events; you also get access to discounts from our Fit4Mom partners. AND you also get free access to our Fit4Mom on Demand program and workout at home!

If you join FIT4MOM Fayetteville before the year is over, you get the remainder of the year free! All you would have to pay is the enrollment fee of $50 to cover the equipment.

Class schedule for the week. We are officially having morning and even classes! Our evening classes will be indoors at the Rogue Rangers Fitness Center. This facility is the same one that was once Haymount Crossfit. If you do attend one of our indoor classes, parking will be at the front of the building.

A reminder, your first class is always free! And please enroll for class ahead of time. If you plan to enroll for a morning class, make sure to enroll before 7 am the day of. And if you plan to enroll for an evening class, make sure to enroll before 5 pm the day of.

Since tomorrow’s temperature will be around 37 degrees I’m gonna cancel class. I highly recommend if you want to get a good workout in tomorrow to log onto Fit4Mom on Demand and workout indoors . It is free for active members but message me and I will send you the password ❤️ I will be logging onto it and getting a workout in and will let you all know how it goes! 😁
