Join us this Saturday, September 19th at 9:00 AM for a special outdoor Bootcamp at Woznica Orchards! Maggie and Kelley are taking class out of the studio and into the orchard for the perfect fall morning of movement, fresh air, and apple picking. šŸ‚

Class is FREE for Spoke members, and non-members are welcome to purchase a drop in and join us! After Bootcamp, stick around and make a morning of it with optional U-Pick apples at the orchard. šŸŽ

Katie was born and raised in Syracuse, and is a proud single mom to Benny and a firm believer in showing up strongā€”both on and off the bike. When sheā€™s not at the studio, abs work in vision care within the med device world, helping people see their best so they can live their best.

Group fitness is where she comes alive!! Sheā€™s all about high energy, good vibes, and creating a space where everyone feels empowered, confident, and a little unstoppable. Her classes are equal parts sweat, motivation, and fun!
