Let’s give a huge Spoke welcome to our newest bootcamp instructor, Kelley!!!!

Kelley was born and raised in Syracuse and has been making fitness a priority for most of her life! Whether she was taking a HIIT class, doing CrossFit or teaching a spin class, group fitness has always been her favorite. She loves the sense of community while working out with other like minded people and Kelley said she really gets that community feel at Spoke!

As an instructor you can expect her to push you to try a little harder and lift a little heavier, because “you’ll never know, unless you try!”

Let’s give a warm welcome to our newest Spoke cycle instructor, Sarah!!! ✨✨

Sarah is from Syracuse and stuck around to attend Le Moyne College, which is when she was introduced to Spoke! Being a dancer since the age of 4 and dancing all the way through college, beat-based riding felt super natural for her. Spoke became a place for her to continue her love of staying active while also having loads of fun doing it.🩰💃

When she’s not teaching at Spoke, she is an Assistant Account Manager at a local marketing agency and a dance teacher for Level 1 students. In her classes, you can expect a super fun, positive, and amusing environment where you can truly shine and feel your best! She adores prioritizing self-love and care, and is always up for a yap session about becoming the best version of yourself🤍

Hey Spoke family!! Let’s give a hugeee welcome to our newest instructor, Morgan!!

Morgan, a Syracuse native, has a deep passion for wellness and fitness, and always aims to share that enthusiasm and empowerment with her students. With over 800 certified teaching hours and a Masters Degree in Yoga, from advanced styles, yoga sculpt and specialities like prenatal and trauma-informed, Morgan is happy to encourage growth and wellness in her teachings for all bodies.

Her teaching style is inclusive, with challenging options and varieties that help improve and enhance personal fitness while fostering a strong sense of community at Spoke.
