I am so lucky to not only have someone who supports me but someone who has never made me question myself or our relationship.

Not using food as a crutch or an escape and instead incorporating better habit around food that donโ€™t completely eliminate foods you love but also staying mindful of what your body needs is what helps you not only lose fat but do so sustainably and eliminates the fear some have around certain foods.

About a year ago, I learned a valuable life lesson Iโ€™ll never forget.

I was sitting at home diligently programming for clients, and actively struggling to handle all of the things life was throwing at me at the time. Stress with work, and finances, my wife was getting ready to move to another state for a year. It was really difficult. Until one day, I read something that completely changed my way of thinking:

โ€œ๐–๐ž ๐œ๐š๐งโ€™๐ญ ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ ๐ฐ๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ก๐š๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ž๐ง๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ž ๐œ๐š๐ง ๐จ๐ง๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ ๐ก๐จ๐ฐ ๐ฐ๐ž ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ข๐ญ.โ€.

At first, I had a hard time hearing it, but as time went on, those words continued to stick with me. And to this day, I repeat this to myself often.

So, if you ever end up in a situation like getting fired from a job, failing a test, or getting in a car accident just remember:
