The Douglas Byrd High School Fall Sports Parent Meeting is almost here!

At least one parent or guardian of every fall sport athlete is encouraged to attend.
This meeting will cover important information to help ensure a successful season, including:
✅ Eligibility requirements and final forms
✅ Attendance expectations
✅ Academic tutoring and support resources
✅ Communication between families, coaches, and the athletic department
✅ Travel and release procedures for away contests
✅ Game day etiquette and sportsmanship expectations
Whether your student is participating in Football, Volleyball, Men’s Soccer, Tennis, or Cheer, this meeting is an important opportunity to get informed, ask questions, and start the season strong.
We look forward to partnering with our families as we work together to support our student-athletes both on and off the field.
