We are pleased to announce that the parking lot is going to be repaved. They will be starting on Monday. It is necessary for the lot not to be used, so the club will be closed the weekends of August 29th and 30th, also September 5th and 6th. Thank you for your patience.

Today, July 24th, AAA Paving milled the SMF&G's parking lot, in preparation of resurfacing it, in the coming weeks.
Please use extra caution when driving and walking on uneven surfaces.

It's that time again, our annual bash on July 11th. Any help is greatly appreciated, Thursday evening at 5 we are placing the fencing up. Friday is getting food items together so they are ready for Saturday morning.
New item for you. You will be able to place your canopy on Friday evening from 4 p.m. to 8p.m. no set up is allowed Saturday morning until the gates are open. So please have patience until the gate opens at 10:00 a.m.
Also there will be tickets at the gate.

Congratulations to all of the first place winners in their age groups for the largest fish caught at our rodeo on May 2nd. Brinley, 22 1/2", Harper, 22 1/2" and Izzy, 23 1/2" long.

Registration is now OPEN for the 2026 Franklin County Sportsmen for Youth Field Day! This FREE event is a great opportunity for kids ages 9–16 to spend the day outdoors learning about fishing, archery, fi****ms safety, and other outdoor activities in a fun, hands-on environment.
