Three games. Two wins. One tough loss on the final play.
But this team gave us A LOT to be proud of on Sunday at East Carrollton Sports Complex. 💙🩶⚾️
💥 GAME 1 — YOUNG GUNS 9 | PTC DIAMOND DOGS 4
The Young Guns came out hot in the first inning, jumping out to an early lead behind big hits from the lineup.
And then came a BIG moment…
💣 DYLAN T. WITH A 2-RUN HOMERUN TO CENTER FIELD!
The Diamond Dogs battled back to tie it in the second, but the Young Guns answered right back, retaking the lead and never giving it up.

After taking a 6-1 lead, the Young Guns put together a 10-RUN THIRD INNING to blow the game open!

This one came down to the FINAL PLAY OF THE GAME.
The Young Guns battled from the opening pitch, taking the lead into the bottom of the fifth before Smyrna scored the winning run to make it 6-5.
It wasn't the ending we wanted, but this team showed plenty of fight.
