We’re kicking off Part 1 of 3 in our Olympic Weightlifting Seminar Series with USAW guest coach Maddisen Mohen! 🏋️‍♀️

This Saturday, we’ll be breaking down the Sn**ch by blending classroom instruction with hands-on application so you can walk away with sharper technique and more confidence under the bar.

Consistency isn’t aways easy but it beats perfection all the time. This month, 16 of you showed up at least 15 times in August and earned your spot in the Committed Club. That’s not just checking boxes, that’s choosing health and progress again and again, even when life is busy.

We’ve got nurses pulling doubles, soldiers balancing training schedules, teachers preparing classrooms, parents juggling kids, and so many more. Yet you all still found a way to put in the work. That’s what inspires our community.

CrossFit Kids isn’t about heavy weights—it’s about building confidence, coordination, and lifelong healthy habits. Starting Thursday, Sept 11th at CrossFit Intrinsic:

🕚CrossFit Minis (ages 3–8): 4:30–5:00 PM
🕘CrossFit Juniors (ages 9–13): 5:15–6:00 PM

Today our Intrinsic family came together in the best way—sweating with purpose for our ALS fundraiser in support of the Burton family. We’re beyond proud to rally behind Coach Zac and his sister Katy, and so inspired by the generosity of our CrossFit community. Zac crushed 28 bar muscle ups in 2 minutes, with dollars donated for each one, to honor his dad. Thank you to everyone who showed up, donated, and lifted alongside us.
