A Message to Our Loyal Fayetteville Mustangs Fans 🫶🏾

It is with a heavy heart that we, the Fayetteville Mustangs, announce our removal from the remainder of the 2023 National Arena League (NAL) schedule due to funding challenges. We understand the disappointment and frustration this news brings, and we want to take a moment to address our incredible fans who have supported us through thick and thin.

First and foremost, we want to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you. Your unwavering support, passion, and dedication have been the driving force behind our team's spirit. From the cheers in the stands to the encouraging messages online, you have been the heart and soul of the Fayetteville Mustangs family.

Unfortunately, financial difficulties have prevented us from fulfilling our obligations to our players, coaches, and team travel expenses. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to find a viable solution to overcome these challenges in time to continue the 2023 season. The decision to remove us from the schedule was made by the NAL team owners, and it is a decision that deeply saddens us.

We want to assure you that this setback is not the end of the Fayetteville Mustangs. Our commitment to bringing arena football to Fayetteville remains steadfast. The NAL will be exploring options in Fayetteville for the 2024 season, and we are actively working towards securing a brighter future for our team and our fans.

To all of our supporters who have invested their time, energy, and passion into the Fayetteville Mustangs, we understand your disappointment. We share in your disappointment. However, we ask for your continued support and belief in our resilience. Together, we will overcome this temporary setback and come back stronger than ever.

Attention, loyal Fayetteville Mustangs fans!

We have an important update regarding this Saturday's highly anticipated game against the West Texas Warbirds. The National Arena League (NAL) has announced some changes to the remaining 2023 regular season schedule, and unfortunately, our game has been postponed. We know this news may come as a disappointment, but rest assured that it's all in the interest of ensuring a fair and competitive season for all teams.

Instead of taking the field this weekend, the Warbirds will be returning to San Antonio for an exciting Texas standoff against the Gunslingers at the Freeman Coliseum. This clash is set to take place on Saturday at 6 pm CST, so make sure to tune in and support your fellow NAL teams.

While the West Texas Warbirds and Gunslingers face off, the Carolina Cobras will be hitting the road to Jacksonville, where they'll go head-to-head with the Sharks in a thrilling Monday Night Arena Football showdown. This electrifying matchup will take place at the Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena on Monday at 7 pm Eastern.

As for our beloved Fayetteville Mustangs, as well as the Orlando Predators, we'll have the weekend off. This break gives us an opportunity to recharge, strategize, and come back even stronger for our upcoming games. We appreciate your unwavering support and promise to make every effort to deliver an exceptional performance when we hit the field again.

The NAL has informed us that the remaining regular season schedule will be unveiled next Monday, June 26th. So mark your calendars, Mustangs fans, and get ready to witness more heart-pounding arena football action as we march towards the playoffs.
