Classes are canceled for Monday, February 23rd at the 606 Hobson Street location. An alternative location, J's Fit Factory, will be available for classes starting Tuesday until our new location is ready.

J's Fit Factory is located at 3201 Raeford Rd near Owen Dr. and the McPherson Church Rd intersection. Please contact your individual instructor and determine times for training. Or... Email [email protected] for information.

Be patient with us as we change location of our school. After much consideration we had to make the decision to reduce our overhead costs to continue to bring you good training at an affordable price. We are not a school without you. Know we appreciate everyone who has supported us and we want you to know we are looking out for you the student as we transition into the future.
