Well it’s almost that time again. Time to get back in the woods and prepare for the upcoming deer season. We currently have a few openings at this time for our upcoming 22/23 deer season.

We are located in southern fayette county Alabama, roughly 30 minutes north of Tuscaloosa. We have 2800acres of every kinda hunting backdrop you could want. We have club stands and shooting houses with an abundance of green fields. We are family friendly and the camp has a camp house with shower, and toilet as well as a kitchen and bunks to sleep in. Our property is timber company owned and convenient to downtown fayette which has restaurants and a Walmart super center within 15 minutes from camp. If you’re interested and looking for a family friendly club with quality whitetail and hogs reach out to us. We’d love to have you. Memberships are $1100 per year.

Well with gun season coming up fast I figured we would give a little update from our bow season at SCSC. Not too many of our members choose to sling arrows or black powder but to those who do, there is always early season success! Hope everyone has a great season and as always be safe out there!

Hey SCSC hunting club followers. Hunting season is fast approaching and even though it’s the heat of summer we’ve been busy improving our property. We had a late spring storm blow down 12 shooting houses but since have raised every one of them. Now we’re planning to finish up the minor repairs needed to get them ready to hunt. Thanks to all the members for coming together the last few weeks to accomplish this.

Bush hogging is under way for the first cut of summer and our soil test came back from Auburn with good PH numbers. We’ll be at the club again this weekend to finish up repairs on houses and continue cutting the fields. We’re making great progress in preparation for next season but there is always more to be down.

To all the followers out there! We currently are seeking to fill 3 vacancies in our membership. Don’t hesitate to reach out if your interested. Keep grinding and have a great summer!

The bill allows hunters to buy a bail privilege license to hunt deer and feral hogs over bait.

Well we’ve had another successful few days at SCSC Hunting Club! Jim Terrell took this y’all and unique 6 point, Kyle Phillips harvested this nice 10 point and Grant Kline took another doe! Great job fellas... keep stacking them up!

Well this past week at SCSC Hunting Club has been a good one. Timber operations on the Picnic Table side continue. The deer movement has picked up as the bucks start looking for the does! Congratulations to Eddie Welch and Grant Kline on harvesting two 8 points. Happy hunting to all and as always stay safe! Happy New Year.
