This is a part-time and seasonal position with the opportunity to grow within the company. The ideal candidate will be facilitating the care and safety of our Paddle Dock & Boat Dock. Primarily the job entails loading customers on kayaks, canoes and paddle boards while also maintaining the docks and equipment.

If you have experience with working with fiberglass and/or kayak/canoe repair, that is a major plus. Some knowledge about boats, boat repair and Big Bear Lake in general is also helpful.

You must also be willing to work our paddle dock with helping customers onto kayaks, canoes and paddle boards. If you have experience with working with fiberglass and kayak/canoe repair, that is a major plus.
