Week 1 as a CG Trainer, school counselor, wife and mom was a success! Forgot to take photos and save them at my virtuals but they were so much fun! Everyone worked so hard this week and I had a great time getting to know my campers better. Next up: strength and agility week! 💪🏻

So I’m 33 tomorrow and feel better now than I did at 23. CG has changed my life and it is the thing I look forward to everyday that’s for ME and putting my health first. I workout virtually as a camper... but we have virtual and outdoor options (with social distancing practices) to get your sweat on!
