“Jen has rocked being consistent with the workouts hitting 5 every week! She has gotten so strong and I love how she giggles anytime an exercise is burning/tough 😆.

She has been very determined to get her nutrition fine tuned and has made amazing healthy lifestyle changes with her food choices!

She has a check list of 'things to do' on her Core calendar every day to remind her to get 8k steps in, hit her protein goal, drink 90oz water, 5-10 min of meditation, at least 6 hours of sleep and she hits most of those goals almost every day!

Today, we are thrilled to shine the spotlight on Amy!!!

🏋️‍♀️ A Hardworking Soul 🏋️‍♀️

Amy is a hard worker!! She shows up 15 minutes early to her workouts to get herself physically and mentally ready to get after it! She consistently pushes herself and works hard in all of her workouts!

💪 A Strong Mind 💪

Success isn't just about physical strength—it's also about mental resilience. Amy knows this well and has dedicated herself to working on the mental side of things. By learning to focus on the bright spots in her life, she has unlocked the power to overcome challenges and reach new heights in her journey.

🌟 A Strong Spirit 🌟

In 2020, Amy tragically lost her beloved 25-year-old daughter, Kelton, in a heartbreaking side-by-side accident. Kelton left behind her 21-month-old son, and faced with unimaginable loss, Amy made a conscious choice to honor her daughter's memory by living a life that Kelton would be proud of.

Choosing to care for herself, both physically and emotionally, Amy has demonstrated a remarkable resilience that serves as an inspiration to us all! 📣🎉 We're thrilled to announce that our Member of the Month is none other than the incredible Cassidy McFarland! 🥳👏🏻👏🏻 If you've had the pleasure of knowing Cassidy, you understand just how much fun she brings to our gym and the incredible positive energy she radiates!

Cassidy's journey with us has been nothing short of amazing. Not only has she achieved outstanding personal results, but she also goes above and beyond as the biggest supporter of everyone in our classes. You won't believe it, but sometimes she even does two-a-days at the gym! 😳😳

But that's not all. In addition to her dedication to fitness, Cassidy and her daughter are actively involved in running a non-profit organization. The Core Team chose Jared Ganske as our member of the month 🥳🥳 Jared has been so consistent! He has now been at Core for over 2 years, and continues to show-up for himself!

Recently, our coaches have noticed how hard he has been pushing himself, never backing down when a coach gives him a challenge, and as a result we've seen huge leaps in the strength 💪🏼

In addition to that, he always brings such a fun and jovial attitude to the workouts, which is what this world needs!

Congratulations to Michelle Wilcox for being our member of the month!! 🥳 For those of you that don't know Michelle, she is AMAZING!! We chose her because she pushes herself so hard, and always gives her best.

She even works on her form at home to get the most out of her workouts when she comes to the gym! Michelle, is legally blind, and that is a huge challenge, but she has not let it prevent her from taking control of her health.

Great work, Michelle!!! Keep inspiring us!!

🫵🏻 Are you interested in trying out our transformation program at Core Personal Fitness for FREE??

🤔 You might be wondering…why would they do this??

✅ I know a lot of people that can get big results but are just a little hesitant about committing to a program before giving it a “test drive…”

🙌🏻 This is your chance to test drive our program and see if it’s a good fit for you.

‼️ Our mission is to help as many people as possible become the best version of themselves—this helps push our mission forward.

⁉️ Now, you might be asking…what’s required to qualify?? (READ BELOW)

✅ Able to attend in-person workouts at our gym in Farr West, at least 3 times per week.

✅ Have at least 10 lbs that you want to lose.

✅ Must not be a fun sucker.

✅ Willing to work with a nutrition coach in addition to doing your workouts.

PS This is open to both new clients, or previous clients.

PSS Limiting this to the first 10 people that qualify to join. (That’s all that we can take on right now)
