Three Leg Burning movements in order
Squat 6x6. It can be back, front, hip, goblet, whatever. Make it heavy and do 6 set of 6 reps
Vertical leg press 5x8-12. Machine or diagonal leg press is fine, I just have a home gym and vertical is what I do. I like to do a progressive weight until I hit a set of 8 and then I'll do 3 sets of that. Takes a while to get there sometimes.
Step ups 5x10. You can add weight if you too, that's ideal. I use a bench because it brings my leg past a 90 degree angle and just to 10 reps per leg for 5 sets. Currently walking around like the creator of sports entertainment. Just don't live like he does.
