My wife entered into a contest for women over 40 it's called Fab over 40
It goes by votes. you can vote for free once a day or you can do a donation vote for any amount you want and if I understand it correctly the amount you donate is the amount of votes I would get a portion of the paid votes goes towards breast cancer research which if you know me my family has been affected by this firsthand.. anyway whether you choose to vote for free or do a paid donation wevwould be honored and humbled to have your vote 🙏 Here is the link if you would share it either to your page or just a couple of your friends page that would mean so much to us!

Due to some scheduling conflicts we will be changing the women's self-defense class from Feb 6 to March 6th. The times will remain the same. You can choose the first class from noon to 2:00 or you can choose the second class from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. any questions please DM or call me at 252-367-8789 and we'll see you there. Covid 19 has wreaked havoc on our children and family members. We are stuck at home , sports programs have been cancelled, interaction with others has been altered . Anxiety, depression and obesity is being reported in record numbers!

Hello everyone! Here is the info you have been requesting!
We have had to change some things around to be covid-19 compliant as well as keeping our students and instructors safe!

Classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday night from 6:15 to 9:00 p.m. here is the breakdown:

7-9 year olds - 6:15-7:00
10-14 year olds -. 7:15-8:00
Adults - 8:15-9:00

During the breaks in between classes we will be cleaning bathrooms, the mats and the floors using EPA approved disinfectants and procedures.

All instructors will be wearing masks.

We ask that if you or your child feel sick or have a fever or cough to please not attempt to take class until you no longer have those symptoms.

Students and instructors are required to wash their hands before and after each class.

We ask that parents and students practice social distancing while in the dojo. Students are not required to wear masks during class.

To avoid going over our maximum capacity we ask that parents drop your child off and pick them up at the appropriate time.

The safety and well-being of our students and instructors are of the utmost importance to us ! We cannot wait to see everyone again !!

Hello everyone! It's been a very long and stressful 6 months! It is with great joy and excitement that we announce that we are going to start back classes next week!! We will be making necessary changes to class schedules etc to keep all of our students and staff healthy and safe !!🙏

We should have the amended schedule and all of the changes that we are doing up on this page as well as the website in the next day or so please stay tuned for further announcements!!

We know how hard the last few months has been for everyone.. please know that we will do everything that we can to bring some peace some happiness and some normalcy back to our students our families and our community !
