Construction on the River Road bridge in Farmville begins July 6. During this project, the bridge and the section of trail from Main Street east to Osborne Road will be closed.

Access to High Bridge will not be affected. Visitors can continue to reach High Bridge by parking at High Bridge Station on 1466 Camp Paradise Road, and the trail from Farmville to Pamplin will remain open.

The bridge is undergoing a full reconstruction expected to take about one month. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve the trail experience!
