Strong cultures and successful pathways are built over years, not months.
5️⃣ What is the training curriculum?
Games matter, but development happens at training.
6️⃣ Are roster spots earned or simply available?
Competition within a team helps players grow.
7️⃣ How stable is the coaching staff?
Consistency is a major factor in long-term development.
8️⃣ What is the club’s track record of player advancement?
Look for real examples of players moving on to higher levels.
9️⃣ Will my child receive meaningful playing opportunities?
Development requires both training and game experience.

The best environment is the one that helps your child improve every day.
At the end of the day, platforms don’t develop players. People do.
