(Well…it’s gone now, and it was really good.)

Omelette with mixed peppers, berries on the side, and topped with my go-to: Melinda’s Black Truffle Hot Sauce. This stuff can go on just about anything, has 0 calories, and adds a ton of flavor. You can find it at most grocery stores and they have a bunch of good options.

Easy tip if you’re trying to increase protein without driving calories way up: mix 1-2 whole eggs with egg whites or egg substitute. You get more volume, more protein, and fewer calories overall. Simple swap that goes a long way. 💪
