Unfortunately racing will not happen this evening. It is still raining and even if it stopped now I’m not sure we would get the sun and wind we would need to dry out. Hope to see you all 8/14/26.

Leadbelt rc Speedway Shootout
The forecast did not do us any favors turnout was lower than we had hoped for but we are grateful for everyone that came and raced with us in the heat. Done at 6pm didn’t hurt anyone feelings.
Long haul would have been Lynn Curl and Jeff Schindler.

The track was pretty good all day, it did change a bit after the rain shower we got. Not sure why it changed that much. Sorry about the tire wear in the last few mains.

There was some really going racing in all classes. Eric kept the show moving really well all day and Ross came and called the mains for us which is always exciting.

Some people to thank because we would not be having the season we are having if not for them. Eric Ganime, Adam Kell, Ross May, and Rod Rippee.
From helping with lighting and mechanical things to calling races and loaning us tractors and implements this group has made this come to life.
I can’t leave out Ashley and Linna for putting up with the “one more thing to get done”, thanks girls.

I hope everyone that came had a good time and safe travels on their way home.

Congratulations to all the racers who made their respected podiums. Hope you like the trophies Eric Ganime with G4 vinyl Graphics did a great job designing them.

Friday night results club race #5
What a perfect night it was, while it wasn’t a big group that showed up the track was in good shape and the weather could not have been better. Thanks to everyone who came out.

It’s RACE DAY!!!!!!! We are dry! Hope to see everyone today, safe travels.

Going with the schedule as planned. Light rain will give us great grip for the shootout. Most of it will stay to our west.
Absolute worst case we delay start tomorrow. Remember we can control the start way easier than the finish so if it’s going g to rain I’d rather it be early.
The girls will have nachos candy bars and drinks tomorrow. For anyone that has not been here yet there is a bunch of food places within a mile of the track.

Plans are still on to race both Friday and Saturday this weekend. I know the weather looks not so favorable but we are watching close and will make whatever call we need to as quickly as possible. If we have to we can always push the start time back a bit on Saturday. None of the forecasts are on the same page so we will do what we can.
