Everyone say hello to Catherine Tran, our new competitive shooter, and her brand new custom build! Using our extensive build knowledge, we were able to build a custom sub MOA short-barreled rifle with the accuracy of a long, heavy gun in a very light-weight and short package. This gun was built to the highest standards at half the cost, so we're pretty proud of this one.

She competes in the Tactical Games, G***k sponsored competitions as well as many others so we're excited to see her skill and our hardware get put to the test and bring home some victory hardware! "It's gonna be a fun summer!"

You can always top in and talk shop from 4-8 PM Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Saturdays from 12-6 PM. We are available by appointment for transfers, gunsmithing pick-ups/drop-offs and custom build consultations outside of our open hours.

I figured I'd take this opportunity to share Rambling River Guns Spring and Summer events and opportunities to get us out of this blizzard state of mind and look forward to the warmer months! Gov. Walz and DFL leaders are pushing new gun restrictions — and we’re not backing down.

In an interview today, MNGOC Chair Bryan Strawser made it clear:

🔹 Criminals won’t carry liability insurance
🔹 Criminals won’t obey campus gun bans
🔹 Law-abiding citizens will be the only ones punished

House Democrats limited testimony on the so-called “assault-style weapon” ban — then claimed opposition is just “the gun lobby.”

Wrong.

“We had other Minnesotans who were going to testify… that’s because you rejected our other testifiers.”

And Rep. Greenman’s bill? It would require gun owners to allow law enforcement home inspections to keep their fi****ms.

That’s not just a Second Amendment problem.
That’s a Fourth Amendment problem.

The GOP caucuses have indicated they’re united in opposition. We’ll hold them to it.

This deserves a real public debate — not a scripted hearing.

It's been quite the struggle in 2026 to get us heading in the new direction, and we still have a little work to do, but we're on the right path! We have quite a few more offerings and you can finally purchase directly from our site and have most items shipped directly to your home!

We are also looking for some people in our community and surrounding communities who would be interested in learning how to be a basic fi****ms instructor, or folks who already have the experience. After our last year's Ladies Range Day and the great feedback, we want to offer more range days for everyone this year, and we need folks who want to help and all be on the same page with the order of operations at the range. These opportunities can be used for our range days as well as our MN DNR Hunters and Fi****ms Safety course we put on once a year. Reach out to our FB page or call/email us if interested. We want to host a fun instructional this March for those interested.
