Client spotlight- Working with has been incredibly. Since starting her nutrition phase in February 2026 at 184.5 lbs and 39% body fat, she’s transformed to 156 lbs and 27.8% body fat through consistency, discipline, and hard work. Along the way, she’s hit multiple PRs in her squat, deadlift, and bench press while also building endurance through running, cycling, and dancing. Brooke is proud to now run a nonstop 5K, embrace training, and push herself beyond what once felt possible including signing up for the Sculpt Strong series before she felt “ready.” Beyond her physical progress, she brings positive energy, supports others in their goals, and has built meaningful friendships rooted in growth and accountability.

New coach here at Sculpt fitness. 🚨

Hi everyone! My name is Ethan, and I’m thrilled to introduce myself as one of the newest coaches at Sculpt Fitness.
Outside of the gym, I prioritize spending quality time with my wife and our energetic 1.5-year-old son. When the weather is warm, you’ll often find me out on the trails running, climbing, and embracing a more adventurous side. When I take time to relax, I enjoy diving into my interests in Marvel, Star Wars, anime especially One Piece and video games.
Martial arts have played a significant role in shaping who I am today. Over the past three years, I’ve worked as a martial arts instructor and kickboxing coach, where I developed a strong foundation in discipline, confidence, and pushing beyond limits. That same mindset carries into every class I lead, whether we’re training on the bags or focusing on strength.
One of my major goals this year is to complete a Spartan half marathon. Having already finished the 5K and 10K events, I’m excited to take on this next challenge.
I’m looking forward to training with all of you let’s build strength, stay motivated, and achieve some incredible goals together!
Ethan will be teaching class Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 530 and 6:30 a.m. and is available for training hours until 11 o’clock those days as of now.
