📢 Athlete Buddy Week at TFP!

The perfect opportunity to include a friend, family member or anyone you know who would enjoy joining you for one of our athlete training sessions!

Erin Bristol is her name and being a founding member is her game 🙌🏻

Back in 2018, our little gym started and operated out of the garage of our home.

Erin was one of the VERY first people to reach out, come see what this crazy couple was up to, and placed her trust in us from the very beginning.

Having her as a consistent member of TFP today, with all of the transitions it has gone through over the years and the mission and community that have grown since the days in that cold, tiny garage, is incredibly humbling to say the least.

Erin is and has always been one of the hardest workers in the room, trained just as consistently throughout her first pregnancy, and is just a total OG member and friend.

Thank you, Erin, for your continued support and constant effort and consistency, even at 5:30 in the morning every single week! 💪🏼
