Summer 2026... of course we are at it again!! New toys, New stuff, somewhat new layout.

We are also back with our PSAs!

Bamboo or Earthquake Bar.... it has special and specific requirements when using folks!

Basically used correctly it is great! Used incorrectly and you will be taught a lesson by either Mike, myself (Jo), or the bar (FAFO). Bamboo bars can be extremely unforgiving if you mess around.

Just ask for help or look up a video... we have Google for a reason people!!

Listen and learn...put stuff back where you found it...dont be lazy and leave it for someone else. This is posted in the rules in the gym as well as on the waivers you all sign. Do better!

Billing is due 1st of th2 month...every month. That has not changed and will not change. Those that have set up dates in the past, this does not affect you. This is going forward for all new members, we will no longer accommodate random dates. You need to pay to play. We are darn tired of thw random sh*tbags setting up dates, coming in 10 plus times in the month, then come billing tome canceling, thats stealing from us. We have a do not return list and you will be placed on that.

Sunday legs day...trekking in the right direction with this journey...236.8 down from 303...this was not easily mentally but anyone can achieve their goals if you are consistent...not where we wanna be het butn1 step closer daily. Keep working hard everyone!!

I usually hate posting, however these photos from today's leg day made me think about all the hard work...tore my pec in October, had to rethink some things and decided to make a change. That has been one of the best and most satisfying decisions I have made in a long time! Down to 240 and goal is to get peeled like an onion! LFG!!

Here we go yet again...the battle rages on!!!

The rules are posted and everyone signed and we even have a neat reminder onnthe big white board....PUT YOUR S**T AWAY!!!

This means if ypu take a bar off a rack no.leaning in on the wall or tossing it on the floor...it goes to the barbell holder or to an empty rack...dont be a dick!

2nd part i get the trying to be helpful part with the minor leak...but when you create a larger mess and display 0 common sense thats just not alright with us...and at the very least you could have let us know you did this...but no why would we cause we really dont care cause we dont have to clean the crap up...thats what Mike and Jo maid service is for...WRONGO!!

Whoever was the culprit behind the mess the boss and I are reviewing cameras today and we will connect with you and go from there which may or may not include indulging ypu in a future at another gym!

Thanks you to those that give a rip its appreciated and there are far more of you that behave vs the handful of miscreants that cant figure out life.

PSA with Jo.....

Just stop it, get some help. If something breaks please for the love of God let us know. If we dont know and find out ourselves it stresses us out and we both become extremely PI**ED off.

So our sympathy for an accident goes out the window because not only is something broke but whoever broke it or used it last didn't have the common decency to tell anyone.
