On this day, 19 years ago, the world changed.
On that day our country changed.
On that day maybe you changed.
On that day people went to work. They went to shop. They went to see the sights. They boarded a plane. They went to serve our Country.
On that day people responded to something....to something impossible to describe. Something so horrific and frightening at multiple places across this Country....but they responded.
On that day passengers stared evil in the face and fought back to save countless lives.
On this day we remember the thousands who died that day and in the days to come. The thousands that responded to help those on need. The countless stories of bravery and tragedy.
On this day we pause to reflect.
On this day and every day to come make a difference.
On this day and every day to come - show the world what this Country is.
