We're continually improving our products. If you have a vibe bowl that is having feeding issues, this new design will solve your problem. Simply send your old bowl back pay for return shipping, and we'll get you the new version.

We've found that the solid base bowls dont hold the bowl securely enough to the vibe base around the outer perimeter, which doesnt allow the vibrations to resonate properly. The design below fixes that issue.

We've been radio silent for the past month as we've had our noses to the grindstone trying to keep up with both part and equipment orders. Here's a couple skids going out today to a customer. 8 drives/presses, 4 vibes, and a ton of small stuff.

Knocked out some custom 4140 steel 9mm case gauge blocks for a customer. It'll take a while before he can wear these out.

If you have a part that needs made, we'll make the time do it reasonably. "STEP" model files are preferred.

We have used the Automation Direct VFDs for the last 5 years. We've had dozens on order with Automation Direct for right at 6 months now. We can no longer afford to wait any longer for them to correct their supply chain issues.

At this point, it looks like we'll be moving to the Teco L510 series drives. From what we can tell, we'll only lose 1 feature by doing so, which is the automatic error reset when switching the drive from "run" to "off."

We are not, however, ruling out the Fuji VFD and others at this point.

It's sad that the political leaders allowed a virus released by the Chinese to destroy the world's manufacturing and supply chains, but it is what it is. We will adapt and overcome.

Primer vibe top plate stands in process while we're programming the lathe for swage rods.

First roughing operation on 1050 Small Swage Rod, made in house. Next is to flip it and finish the back side. Then it goes out to heat treatment and upon return the very tip gets hard turned to final profile.
