So grateful for every person who has shown up at the retreat over the past eight years, not knowing anyone but trusting and believing in the value that would come from being together in community.

The morning session was led by Sports Psychologist, , who challenged us in identifying how we define “success” and considering how we can hold both ambition AND rest in our progress towards our goals.

After a restful afternoon of exploring the town center, we ended the day with restorative , led by .
