These are Luke and I’s CURRENT results!
It call comes from Nutrition and consistency!!!! It isn’t a fad diet. Do we love to workout, yes but we aren’t working out dozens of hours each week. There is NO QUICK FIX.
We had both tried LOTS of different things, trust me. In my 4 years of being a nutrition coach what I have found to be the ONLY answer is CONSISTENCY.
When I speak to consistency what I always ask myself, is what I am doing now something I can do for the rest of my life without depriving myself of the things I enjoy?
We love eating out, having social cocktails and don’t even get me started on SWEETS 🤤. If we were to strip ourselves of everything we enjoy then what happens is we might get great results for a little while until we decide we’re done taking away all the enjoyable things we love.
Ask yourself, how many things do you want to miss out on because you are following a group or a trend? Why not just learn healthy habits forever? I use supplements because they increase my energy, focus and it is so easy to follow. We have indulged and enjoyed our summer including eating the things we love like Ice cream PIZZA and BBQ. We have both lost over 5 pounds in the last 14 days! People! This doesn’t happen when you crash diet!!!
😆 I am totally on my soap box but that Is because I care so much about helping people understand that you can have it all and feel absolutely incredible when you learn that stripping yourself of everything doesn’t work forever.
Also, work with someone who knows nutrition and doesn’t teach to take everything away. You can’t eat just fish and green beans forever. You can’t eat 10 carbs a day for the rest of your life. Be smart! Do the people you listen to have the results you want? If they don’t, why are you listening to them 😆🫣🤭
Listen, I might be pi***ng a few followers off by speaking to this but I think it’s too important not to. I have dedicated my entire life to helping people understand their bodies and how to make healthy habits forever not for this month.
Choose your program, choose your coach wisely and learn. Make it a LIFESTYLE that you love 💕💕
