Our team members are selected by an annual audition where we look for overall technique as well as potential for growth. We expect out team members to possess a positive and supportive attitude inside the studio as well as outside the studio. Many of our team members serve as student teachers or assistant teachers at the studio. The CSDS team has won numerous Regional and National High Score Awards. We have been the recipient of Overall Technique Awards, Choreography Awards, Title Wins, Special Awards, and Overall BEST STUDIO AWARDS. We have three large dance rooms all featuring raised sprung wood or marley floors,to eliminate fatigue and injury; full length mirrors, to facilitate the learning process; double height barres, to accommodate all ages; and over sized viewing windows.
