Fitness kickboxing for women, fitness boxing classes for men & women, self-defense classes, private boxing lessons, private martial arts lessons & personal training. Fitness kickboxing, boxing classes, Chinese weaponry and personal training for ages 14 and up. We are not a cookie-cutter commercial gym. We offer fun, high-intensity fitness and martial arts classes in a totally judgment-free, family environment. Classes are designed for all fitness levels. Come in as a beginner, go at your own pace and work up to full intensity or come in with years of fitness experience and you're still going to get a great workout. Try a class today.
