Today my daughter starts her internship for her Masters program. This day was 24 years in the making. 🥹 It’s moment we were never sure would come. When your baby is born weighing 2lbs 2oz, 12 weeks early, every moment was filled with question on what she could do. Would she be able to do this or that. She will likely roll her eyes at me for posting about this 🙄. But I want to remember it for a long long time. She is headed off to Start her internship and mama bear is proud of the kind, resilient and sweet human being she is and I cannot wait to see all the amazing things she will accomplish as a Social Worker some day soon. Her challenges in life will certainly help rise to help others.

Join us on August 30th, 2026. As we walk/run towards 100,000 steps. In honor of Brain Rudolph. A life well lived and one that was cut too short. This special day will mark the one year anniversary of his passing. We will celebrate his amazing life immediately following the walk/run.

Workout friends are the ones you get out of bed at 5am even when you feel like hitting snooze.😴 When you lose motivation and don’t show up, they reel you back in. Sometimes you need the motivation, sometimes you give the motivation.
