Camp Info: For athletes 8th thru 12th grade looking to improve on their first contact, this camp is for you.

At First Contact Academy, Coach Megan will assist athletes in bettering their serve receive, defensive, and serving skills. Skills will range from fundamentals to advanced techniques. This camp will focus on individual repetitions to help athletes in advancing their own game.

Megan is a Springfield native who graduated from MacMurray college in 2018 as a DS/L. Throughout her career Megan has specialized in defense. Her loud and fun personality is displayed on the court as she continues to play in a competitive co-Ed league. Over the past 3 years Megan has coached at Springfield Shock and Southeast High School.

Place: Lincolnwood High School
Ages: 8th-12th grade
Cost: $40
Time: 9-12;1-4

We will be hosting two camps this summer at Lincolnwood. Both will be open to area players. The first one is in June with the new LLCC coach Hannah Werth. Date: June 10th. 9:00-12:00; 1:00-4:00 Ages: 9th-12th grade. Cost is $75. Please sign up on the google sheet attached. 50 player limit.

2016 Irish Days Volleyball Tournament. June 11th. Registration at 9:30. Games start at 10. $60. 6 person. 3 guys 3 girls. Or you can have more girls than guys. All money being paid back out to 1st, 2nd, 3rd. Format determined the day of. Usually a round robin or pool play with cross over games or a single elimination bracket.

If anyone is interested in taking over the summer volleyball adult league please contact me. You would be in charge of getting the nets/poles from the gym and transporting them up town then setting up and tearing down the poles and returning them to the gym. Your team would be able to play for free. Thanks!
