What's up, fitfam?? It's your founder and coach, Marilyn. We are already halfway done with another year. I've been behind the scenes working on newer things for our community and doing the best I can to provide the tools to help others live a quality life.
I am reflecting on all the stress and obstacles I have overcome. How can this help others? Well, here it is, my friends..
You have to come up with things to help cope with your anxiety. Healthy things!
Anytime I have issues that cause my mind to go non-stop, the healthy things I do to cope are
Running, working out super hard, talking to friends, writing all of it down, praying my true feelings (no holding back, letting it all out)
And I also tell myself, no sense in worrying about something you don't know. Live in the present.
Let's GOOOOO!!!
