BREATHING TIP

Did you know your horse is constantly reading your energy?

When you slow down and take a deep breath, they often do too. Deep belly breathing helps quiet the mind, soften the body, and create a sense of safety and connection for both horse and rider.

Tomorrow is a very big day for me!!

I’ve been working flat out these past three months and tomorrow I will get to see it launch for the first time!
I’ve told myself, no matter the outcome, I am so proud of myself for creating something and seeing it through to the end!
I have pushed myself so far outside of my comfort zone and despite the nerves and the doubt, I didn’t once try and back out! And that is a massive achievement for someone like me!
I’ve now accomplished something I never thought I would do and I’ve proved to myself that I know more than I let on or give myself credit for.
Looking back through everything I have created, I feel a big sense of pride and accomplishment, and I can’t wait to share what I have created with you all!

Tomorrow will be the launch of my first ever complete coloured pencil course, where I teach everything that I have learnt over the past 10 years on how to use coloured pencils to create realistic portraits of horses.

This evening I’m going to take some time to be quiet, calm and reflect on everything.

The number of people who have already signed up and are eager is absolutely mind blowing. I never expected numbers like this. So if you are one of those, thank you for believing in me 🫶🏻
