After a long, fun, hard day competing came the well deserved time just hanging out and getting in some good ol’ fashioned pool time at the hotel we stayed at! Great memories and relationships being nurtured on and off the mat.

May was a busy month! Black Belt Tea Ceremony, May Color Belt Testing, many students Qualified for State Championships in 12 days, NXT trainings, Pursuit to Gold Comp team trainings and lots of training in between preparing! June is starting off on an exciting foot with an opportunity that doesn’t happen very often!!!!!

Tomorrow is the day! We are hosting the 2026 NMAA Lonestar Showdown Tournament! All of the martial artists have been training and are excited for a chance to earn some well deserved points for standings! Black Belt camp 2026! From sight seeing, to testing for 2nd Degree and passing (Congratulations Mr. Toner) to training hard with all of the masters, Sr Masters, Grand Master and their peers Mr. O, Sky, Mr. Frech and Mr. Toner learned, laughed, some tears were shed but most of all some amazing memories were made! Til 2027!!!!! Now is the time to focus on States and then off to Worlds!!!!!
