Our kitten Checkers is here to tell you it’s race night #3 for us out at NCS! 🏁 As we get ready for racing tonight I thought I’d share a quick recap of last night. Tim finished 6th out of 11 cars with a broken ball joint, and Chloe ran 9th for some of the feature but ended up 10th out of 15! Looking forward to tonight, it’s back to school night at North Central Speedway. Bring the family and enjoy some racing!!

Decided to catch the last night of the Dakota Mod Tour in Jamestown. Blew a power steering belt in the heat and DNF. That put us starting 27th in the Feature. Scrambled and got it back together with my pit crew Chloe and Michelle. Had an awesome run, moved up 18 positions and finished in 9th! Pulled it back in the trailer in one piece with no damage.

Headed back home to get Chloe back out tomorrow at North Central! Hoping we finally have her steering issues fixed!

Time for a little dirt therapy after a crazy last month 🏁

We are in the peak of crazy summer schedules, on and off the track! We are bummed that we won’t make it to kids night at North Central tonight, we had already made plans for Lakes Jam. With the 4th of July next weekend, our next race at NCS will be July 11!

Recap of the last couple weeks:

Chloe is still battling steering issues. We replaced and fixed parts, and still having trouble. Hoping we will get it all resolved before her next race. She continues to get a little quicker and more comfortable each week!

We were able to take the stock car up to Buffalo River on the 14th! It’s always a fun track to race. Took a couple laps in the heat race to get back into the swing of things there, but managed to pass a couple in the feature and had a great time with good, close racing! Looking forward to racing that track a few more times this summer.
