Tomorrow is a national bulking holiday and yes… it’s scientifically approved to eat for the gains.

Turkey = protein.
Mashed potatoes = carbs.
Pie = mental health + performance enhancement (don’t question it).

WE ARE SO EXCITED TO BE HOSTING THE MINN-DAK WSO CHAMPIONSHIP!

Registration is officially open, and we are ready to see you all crush your lifts!

We want this event to be huge and will be running two platforms! Event begins November 1st and will Punto the 2nd if needed.
