Everyone’s favorite movement to hate… the bike 👀

You know the feeling—when you see it programmed and immediately start negotiating in your head:
“Maybe I’ll scale today…”
“Maybe I’ll come to a different class…”
“Maybe I’ll just pretend I didn’t see the workout…”🙅🏻‍♀️

But here’s the truth… the things we avoid the most are usually the things we need the most.

7 single arm db deadlifts ea.
24 burpees
10 front squats
24 wall balls
7 single arm db bench press ea.
*each partner must perform a 2026 meter row at any point during the workout

💔Renee Good and Alex Pretti, both 37, tragically lost their lives this January. This workout is dedicated to their memory - a space to gather as a community, move with intention, and reflect on the value of every human life.

This event is NOT about politics. It’s about PEOPLE. It’s about standing TOGETHER to honor lives lost and support one another in resilience and unity.
EVERYONE is welcome.
