We're nearing the end of 7-on-7, and I'll soon transition into full-pad training, pending a specific date. What I can guarantee is that our padded training will be intense, separating those who can keep up from those who find it unsustainable. Rather than focusing on unproductive drills, our training encompasses a wide range of skills, including beating and making blocks, tackling, breaking tackles, and playing low, all aimed at fostering true versatility and competence.
