Falmouth Sports Center Health club, personal training We have been serving the Falmouth community since 1980, our ownership and staff are locals. We also have a separate 800 sq ft.

We offer over 30 pieces of cardiovascular equipment by Matrix, Star Trac, Cybex, Concept 2, Octane and Precor. All cardio equipment features MYE cardio entertainment receivers. Our strength equipment includes Freemotion, Epic, Body Masters, Keiser Strength, Hammer Strength, and free weights. The free weight area has Squat/Power racks, step racks, benches, kettle bells, medicine balls, and a stretc

hing area. functional training area called the "Rig Room", featuring a functional cage with pull up bars, step up platform, cargo net, TRX system, dip bar, and J hooks. Tire flip, turf strip, and sled.
