✨ Hello friends of the Maine iCan Bike Camp! ✨

We are so grateful for the incredible support you’ve shown over the past 5 years of camp. Because of you, we’ve helped so many people gain confidence, independence, and pure joy on two wheels 🚴‍♀️💫

This summer, we’ll be pressing pause on bike camp for two reasons:
1️⃣ We’ve seen a dip in enrollment, which tells us we’ve met a need in our community for now (a good thing!)
2️⃣ We need a bit more time to fundraise so we can bring camp back strong and sustainable

💡 The plan: We’re aiming to host Maine iCan Bike Camp again in summer 2027! Our primary focus will continue to be supporting individuals with disabilities, and we’ll also welcome a small number of kids without disabilities who are struggling to learn to ride. This kind of inclusion makes my heart happy ❤️

💰 Fundraising goal: We’re working to raise an additional $3,000 so we can continue offering camp at a reasonable cost for families. If you’d like to support this mission, you can donate here:

iCan Shine is hiring instructors for our 2026 camps!

We would love some dedicated individuals to help us instruct our bike and swim camps! All positions travel across the United States and/or Canada to help facilitate 5 day instructional camps for individuals with disabilities.

I am running the Maine Marathon Relay as a fundraiser for the iCan Bike camp. Fundraising for this amazing program is ongoing and every little bit helps! The program is more than learning to ride a bike, it is about building self-confidence, promoting inclusion, developing independence, and reaching challenging goals. Help me create more opportunities for future riders. I am willing to run miles and miles for this mission!
