lls, board breaks, and more as they work their way to their black belt. Current class schedule is Monday and Thursday from 5:30 to 6:30 (beginner block) and 6:00-7:00 (advanced block), as well as 1-2 extra class days a month. Sparring equipment and practice weapons will be required at orange belt level (1st after white belt). Testing for belts is approximately every 10-12 weeks. Kickboxing
Kickboxing is a full body workout that blends elements of Taekwondo, Krav Maga, MMA, Boxing, and Aerobics. The basic techniques are easy to learn and can be learned as the workout happens. Advanced techniques will be used intermittingly or suggested to provide a challenge. All ages are welcome as well as any level of fitness level. Class schedule is Monday/Thursday 7:00-8:00pm as well as 2 weekend days a month. Kickboxing is $75 for a 8-class punchcard. Gloves are required and available for $35. First class is free to try, no obligations. Krav Maga – Adult Self-Defense and Tactical Combat Training Krav Maga is a martial art created by the Israeli Special Forces. It combines elements from fighting styles and martial arts from around the world and then uses the most effective techniques for a wide range of situations. From basic shirt grabs to headlocks, tackles and ground fighting, even gun and knife situations, Krav will teach you how to take control of any situation and end it as fast and safely as possible. Along with the moves and situation training, classes will include pad and bag drills that are a great workout and build muscle memory of several combinations that can be used in many situations. Classes are Monday and Thursday at 8:00-9:00pm. Costs are $75 per month. Gloves are highly recommended, $35 per pair. Marcus Heller
