If you haven’t planted Real World Wildlife Products Nutri-Crave corn for your deer, you best get on the list for next year! This corn is the real deal.

“Ears as big as my forearm!” We have heard that comment a lot lately from customers who planted Nutricrave corn 🌽. I was out checking my plots this afternoon and by-golly they are right! This plot has to yield well over 200 bushels per acre. That’ll not only pull in the deer for some great hunting but help get them through the winter in great shape to grow next years rack. With 3x the fat, 1.5x the protein, higher levels of calcium, phosphorus and other nutrients and more than double the calories, serious land managers are catching on. Open Season!

Hunting season is upon us!! Early antlerless elk and squirrel seasons are now open!

Remember, early antlerless elk season is open in elk units 1-6, and no antlerless elk hunting is allowed on public lands from August 1st to September 20th.

Keep your eyes open when mowing!

Throughout much of the country up to 80% of fawns are born is a two week period encompassing the last week of May and the first week of June. For the first week to 10-days of life a fawns natural defense is to lay tight and not move, hoping predators don’t see it. While this survival method works great for most predators, it can also be deadly for many fawns. Mowers and othe farm implements kill thousands of fawns every year. If you are going to be working around deer habitat be extremely careful for the next month or so and if possible delay your projects that put fawns in danger. The life you save might be your Booner buck a few years down the road.
