Join us in giving a huge congratulations to David, our July Member of the Month! 🙌🏼

David has been with us since the very beginning, and his consistency, dedication, and results speak volumes. He’s lost an incredible 50 pounds on his fitness journey and has been successfully maintaining his goal weight of 165 lbs for the past two months.

Most of his transformation has come from dialing in his nutrition, and now he’s shifting his focus to building lean muscle and continuing to push forward. David, we’re so proud of you-you’re crushing it and inspiring everyone around you!
