Sleepy Hollow Bath and Racquet Dive Team The SHBR Dive team welcomes kids of all ages, from 5 year olds with a "pencil" jump, to high schoolers with flips, twists and reverses. Join us!

The SHBR Dive team, the Seals, are well prepared for a strong and fun season! Kids of any age can join us, learning to dive for fun or more seriously, for their high school or club teams, with flips, twists and reverses. The Seals take pride in the strength of its young diver program. At any age, if a child can swim, our coaches can teach the child to dive! Young divers start with the "pencil" div

e, arms overhead and feet into the water first, and compete in the low-key, fun "B" dive meets. And the Seals are not only for young divers. 11-18 year olds can learn to dive for fun to show off for their friends or more seriously, diving with the Seals in the summer and high school or local club teams in the winter. Many Seal divers have continued their diving in college. Summer is a time for kids to have fun, make new friends, and get reacquainted with summertime pool friends. The dive team is a great place to enjoy sun and friends, and learn a fun sport!
