Workshop focuses on
1) injury prevention
2) ability to move freely
3) strength to do so from any position.
Taught in a systematic and playful manner, content is retained within the body through games and physical puzzles.

Today crash course on kickboxing! Developing reflexive evasive action, while perfecting fine motor control by coordinating the entire body to “hit” as a 1 unit! All these movements increase your stability (read: balance) and your ability to deal with stress calmly. Also you can practice your dance moves as Joon is doing in the background.
