A 'kip' is a fundamental skill that gymnasts use to mount or transition on the bars in USAG routines. K and P are also the initials of the founding families, so we felt like it was a perfect fit! Owners Erin Kampschroer and Carey Pollack are native Northern Virginians with combined experience in the gymnastics world of over 40 years. It is a dream come true to open their own gym, and they are well

-prepared to enter the youth sports market with the range of perspective that comes from years of experience in training, coaching, and as family managers (aka ‘Gym Moms’). They are excited about sharing their love of gymnastics and expertise, while building community and promoting wellness!
