Who we are

We are a hard working and extremely dedicated CrossFit community. Some of us are here for the gains, some for fun, others to compete and all for the friendships. No matter your reason, we invite you to come join us if you wanna dig deep, train hard and have fun.

Our name comes from the area that we’ve moved into. Our community has roots that go back about 5 years at this point and all of our longest standing people are from Falls Church. That all being the case, we were lucky enough to find a location in Falls Church (specifically what’s known as Tinner Hill).

If you aren't already aware of the history of Tinner Hill, it happens to be a very special place. It represents defiant struggle against all odds in the face of ignorance, hate and oppression. As we are a diverse community dedicated to struggling everyday in order to better ourselves, this is a good place to call home.
