🏹❤️ Summer Camp Starts Long Before the First Camper Arrives

Today our team came together for CPR & First Aid certification and our Summer Camp Staff Training at Nova Fencing & Archery Club.

For us, summer camp has never been just about fencing and archery.

Yes, we teach skills. We teach technique. We help campers hit targets and score points.

But what truly matters is everything beyond that.

We work to create a place where children feel welcome, supported, respected, and confident. A place where friendships are built, challenges are overcome, and every camper feels like they belong.

Our goal is simple: to give every child the best week of their summer.

That means leading with our values every single day:

✨ Resilience when things get difficult
✨ Teamwork and community above individual success

The Nova camp experience is built on the dedication, passion, and heart of our staff. The hours of training, preparation, planning, and learning are all for one reason: so that when campers walk through our doors, they have an experience they will remember for years to come.
